• 2nd State of Arts in Virginia Exhibition. Brett has several works included in this exhibition featuring the great wealth of visual art in the Commonwealth. Office of Senator Mark Warner, Washington, D.C. Through June, 2011.

• Taubman Museum Sidewalk Art Show, June 4 & 5, 2011. Winner, Anstey-Hodge Award for Design Excellence.
• Gypsy Hill Art in the Park, May 28 & 29, 20011, Staunton, VA.
• Open Studios of Roanoke 11th Annual Tour April 30, 10am to 5pm & May 1, 2011, noon until 5pm. I will be showing my abstract work at the home of Mary Boxely Bullington. Lots of new goodies including a good selection from my new small painting series, Pop!. For those who prefer the landscapes, I will be sure to have some plein air works, too. • Landscapes of Western Virginia. Shenandoah Club, Roanoke, VA.Brett will covering the walls from March through May with a wide variety of Virginia landscapes in Acrylic and Oil Pastel.
• October 2-January 2, 2011, Reception, October 1, 5-7pm. Peninsula Fine Arts Center, Newport News, VA. My abstract work, Souls, has been selected to be included in the Peninsula Fine Arts Center Biennial 2010. 72 works were chosen out of 469 entries by juror Richard Hunt. http://www.pfac-va.org
• October 9-10, Waynesboro, VA. Fall Foliage Festival. Tent full of abstract drawings. Look for me at booth 117.
• October 16, Tuggles Gap, Floyd, VA. Art Festival At Tuggles Gap.. Mixing Fall and Landscape paintings—in the mountains. What could be better? I'll be displaying work and doing a painting demo during the show.
